Swarm #3 First trap success

First thing is first. The swarm trap success was in no small part, due to Mr. Jason Bruns at LetMbee.com. There isn’t much point in writing a swarm trap tutorial myself, when Jason pretty much has it taken care of. He also was gracious enough to IM back and forth with me quite a bit over the last couple of months. Be sure to check out what he has over on his website.

The video is a short clip of entrance activity taken a couple of days ago. You may net be able to see it, but there is pollen going in.

  1. Yeah, JB is the man when it comes to swarm trapping. I got one myself a couple days ago. Small, dark, feisty ones from the forest. I love swarm season.
